Museo Regional de El Calafate Horacio Echeverria

Regional Museum of El Calafate Horacio Echeverria: its construction is part of the history of the town since it was the old Commission for Development. After its restoration, the museum pays homage to Horacio Echeverria, a staunch defender of the place and the history of our town. It features a sector that emulates its office, as well as itinerant exhibitions of works of art by young and local artists, displays of old photographs of the city and its first inhabitants, also there are vestiges of the same museum’s ancient exhibitions such as taxidermy and archaeological samples.
