Cook on the fires. It is a gastronomic experience intended for tourists to get to know the Argentine culture at the time of eating a barbecue. We have a fixed menu with a single schedule at 20hs. It consists of reception with classic Argentine vermouth with a meat empanada, choripán classic with chimichurri. Main dish meats baked clay or grill (can vary between empty, chop or lamb depending on the day, is not fixed) accompanied by vegetables baked clay. Malbec pears dessert with cream cheese and ground biscuit base with half a bottle of wine included and free water.
